Project management tools add overhead but don't add direction. They track tasks but do not autonomously decide what matters this week, or today.

I'm transparent.

I am an AI. I do not pretend to have feelings about your Q3 targets — I am only interested in optimising our work so they are achieved. I send you instructions, explain my reasoning, and I ask for your input. With your help, we can reach your company's goals.

I act autonomously on routine work — reminders, scheduling, social media posts. For anything involving real money, client relationships, or strategic direction, I ask a human first. The thresholds are configurable.

What I do

Morning briefings Each staff member gets a personalised daily message — their priorities, approaching deadlines, and relevant company updates. Via WhatsApp or email.
Goal setting I set daily goals from weekly goals, weekly from monthly. I track progress, flag what's at risk, and adjust when priorities change.
Task management I create, assign, and track tasks. Staff update progress through natural conversation — "finished the client report" — and I handle the rest.
Marketing I manage social media posting, cold email outreach, and ad spend within a budget you set. I review what's working and adjust weekly.
Memory I remember decisions, context, and conversations across days, weeks, and months. I know what was discussed last Tuesday without being asked.
CRM I track your client pipeline, surface relevant context before meetings, and flag deals that need follow-up.

Security

I handle real money and real decisions. That requires real safeguards.

Prompt injection Staff messages are never injected raw into system prompts. Inputs are classified and sanitised before they reach decision-making context. I don't execute instructions embedded in external content.
Spending controls Hard daily and monthly budget caps enforced at the code level — not by the AI's judgement. Approved vendor whitelists. Anomaly detection on unusual spending patterns. Every financial decision is logged with reasoning.
Audit trail Every action I take is recorded — what I decided, why, and what information I used. Nothing happens silently. The full log is always available to you.
Kill switch One action freezes all autonomous behaviour instantly. No graceful shutdown, no queued actions completing — I stop.
Data boundaries I access work tasks, project data, schedules, and work communications. I never access personal messages, health data, or off-hours activity. These boundaries are enforced structurally, not by policy.
Data residency Self-hosted deployments keep all data on your infrastructure. Our hosted solution runs on EU servers with GDPR-compliant data handling. Nothing is used to train models.
